These foods are readily available to us all around and it is so common. – We are exposed to, and eat lots of, processed foods that are chemically altered and honestly are nutrient-poor. – Nutrition is a key element to our health and getting results from a fitness program. ![]() The majority of foods we eat our nutrient deficit. Most people struggle with proper nutrition.Ģ. I have found over the years through my own experience there are 3 MAIN Reasons WHY Our Bodies Need Shakeology:ġ. Thank goodness!!! I can’t even fathom the idea of not having a chocolate or coffee flavored shake everyday. Now, I devour ever ounce and even tip my blender pitcher upside down to get every drop, LOL!!! My body now craves the nutrition from shakeology. I don’t think my body knew what to think. It took me drinking shakeology for 2 weeks solid before I could finish an entire serving. Oh, My, Oh, My!!! It was the best thing that had touched my lips in ages!!! I could only drink half of my shake before I was stuffed I couldn’t believe it, a drink filled me up and I didn’t even finish the full serving?!?! Craziness!!! I had my first shake and remember exactly what I put in it. So… I caved and spent the money on my very first bag of Shakeology. ![]() ![]() The research I did on Shakeology and all of its ingredients proved its worth and even the associate at GNC told me shakeology is the best. I wasn’t going to spend over $ 100 on a meal replacement if I wasn’t sure it was the best and that the benefits outweighed the cost. I eventually became curious enough that I researched shakeology and I did A LOT of research. When drinking a shake everyday was mentioned to me years ago I laughed, refused and completely rejected the idea. I wouldn’t say you even have to drink a shake everyday to be healthy. ![]()
